vs
Evvy and Juno use a home vaginal swab to report the microbes in your sample, with a coach call to explain the results. Their differences include how they report microbial amounts, which additional tests are included and how you access follow-up care.

Unused kits have a 14-day refund window. A fee applies after 24 hours or shipment; the PCR add-on is nonrefundable. Research participation is optional. Evvy’s policy allows long-term sample and data storage, with exceptions to deletion. The coach call is included. Expanded PCR testing, prescription care and medicines are separate purchases. Base testing is available across the US. PCR and prescription-care eligibility vary by location and medical history.
Refunds become limited after the first 24 hours. Through day 14, an unsubmitted sample qualifies for a partial refund; later orders are nonrefundable. Service terms permit general research use. Identifiable research studies require separate consent; anonymized data may remain after deletion requests. Direct purchases include a coach call. Quarterly testing has a two-payment minimum. The one-time option has no repeat commitment; separate physician care may cost extra. STI reporting depends on your state. New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island receive the wellness report without the STI screen.
