You can browse TestYourHealth without an account or uploading health records.
We remember your selected state in your browser. Search and filter choices may also appear in page URLs. You can change your state or clear saved preferences through your browser settings.
If you choose “Use my location,” your browser asks permission to use your location to find nearby facilities. City and address searches use OpenStreetMap’s search service, and maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap. Those services receive the search or map requests and connection information needed to respond.
Our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and page requests to operate the website. If you email us, we use your address and message to respond and handle follow-up.
