Reviews

What people praise

A comfortable clinic experience

Patients praise welcoming staff and a calm scan experience, including help feeling comfortable during an appointment that can otherwise feel unfamiliar or intimidating.

Findings to discuss with a doctor

Patients value receiving a detailed report and access to their findings, giving them something concrete to take to their own doctor for follow-up.

What people complain about

Waiting for results and follow-up

Some patients describe delayed reports, rescheduled results-review appointments or repeated follow-up to find out when they will receive an explanation of their scan.

Unanswered concerns about the report

Some patients want clearer answers when a report does not address an existing concern or what they expected the scan to investigate.

App login and navigation problems

App reviewers describe login loops and difficulty finding results after updates, getting in the way of accessing information from a scan they have already completed.

FAQs

What happens if something is found?

Your report and included results call explain the findings. Prenuvo contacts you about urgent findings; your own clinician arranges further tests or treatment.

Can I keep the images?

Yes. Share the PDF report and download the full DICOM image ZIP from the desktop dashboard.

Do I need a referral?

Not for a US Prenuvo clinic. Medical-history and MRI-safety screening still apply.

Are blood tests included?

No. These one-time MRI purchases exclude bloodwork. Annual MRI-and-bloodwork memberships and paid lab additions are separate.
