What’s included in Comprehensive Full Body MRI Screening
Included
Imaging of the brain. This is distinct from an added brain-volume or artery analysis.
Soft tissues in the neck, including the thyroid. Neck coverage does not itself include the cervical spine.
Imaging of the spine. The specific sections and level of detail depend on the scan.
Imaging of the chest or lungs. Whole-body MRI has limits for small lung nodules.
Abdominal organs such as the liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen and adrenal glands.
Pelvic organs, including the bladder and reproductive organs. Dedicated diagnostic protocols can differ.
Assessment of the aorta for aneurysms.
Named hip and shoulder arthritis assessment; no dedicated joint protocol is promised.
