Some customers describe chasing a scan component that was not completed and spending additional time arranging a partial refund or resolution.

Janette Degas

Scan findings prompted follow-up for fatty liver and a nasal mass

Janette's Ezra MRI found severe fatty liver and a nasal mass, prompting visits to her doctor and an ENT specialist. Subsequent blood testing diagnosed diabetes, and treatment and weight loss improved her blood sugar; removing a nasal polyp also helped her sleep.

Natalie Tysdal

A kidney finding was clarified with follow-up testing

Alternatives

FAQs

Does this include chest or lung imaging?

No. Current MRI tiers exclude chest, lungs, heart and breasts. Separate heart/lung CT purchases are not included.

Why are there two advertised prices?

General pricing shows $3,999; the public Function-linked landing shows $3,699 without a visible member restriction. Confirm the applicable offer before payment.

Do I need Function membership?

No for standard purchase. Eligible active members are offered $899 for Annual MRI or $1,499 for Spine; membership is sold separately.

Do I need a referral?

You do not need to bring one. Ezra Medical Group reviews your history and orders if appropriate.

Can I discuss my results?

Request a follow-up call with an Ezra medical provider when booking. Exact role, duration and format are unspecified.

When do results arrive?

Usually 7–10 days after the final scan. The original radiology report may arrive earlier than the plain-language Ezra Report.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Full cancellation refund/free change more than 48 hours ahead. Within 48 hours, ordinary cancellation is nonrefundable; late/no-show rescheduling costs 25% of full package price before discounts. Medical/disability cases reviewed individually. Package changes need at least five days and may require renewed medical review.

Is liver fat measured?

Current tier information does not establish a numerical liver-fat result. An official 2022 sample includes a fat fraction, but it describes an older package.

What does the brain analysis establish?

The assessment includes brain-age analysis. Discuss its interpretation with the clinical team; it is not a dementia diagnosis.
