Change appointments more than 48 hours ahead.
Short-notice changes can forfeit the appointment. Memberships have additional strike and term rules.
Basic and Premium offer different levels of help.
Basic provides emailed results; Premium adds an in-person analyst interpretation. Longer coaching memberships are separate.
You can decline consultation recording.
Kalos uses recordings for notes and service improvement. Ask to stop recording or request deletion.
