About Precision Health Reports
Precision Health Reports combines selected laboratory panels with a personalized assessment of cardiometabolic or diabetes risk. It offers one-time assessments and monthly subscriptions for repeat assessments. Its bring-your-own-labs report is a separate analysis service that does not purchase new testing.

Stories
Chris Cornell
Understanding particle measures behind a cholesterol result
Chris discussed his cardiometabolic report with Dr. William Cromwell and came away with a better understanding of LDL particle measurements. He used that conversation to reconsider parts of his diet.

The service’s terms explain its risk-analysis role and relationship to healthcare professionals.
- New York and New Jersey require travel for collection.
Residents may order, but the laboratory draw must take place in an eligible state.
FAQs
Are new laboratory tests included?
They are included in the laboratory assessment products. The bring-your-own-labs product only analyzes an existing report.
Are the Standard and NMR assessments identical?
No. The Standard route specifies ApoB, while the NMR route includes lipoprotein particle testing. Compare the exact purchased panel.
Does the assessment replace medical care?
No. It supplies personalized risk information and targets to discuss with your healthcare professional.
