What people complain about
Getting appointments sorted out
Customers describe long phone waits, repeated transfers or last-minute scheduling changes, making it harder to confirm an appointment and get the right preparation information.
Chasing answers afterward
Some customers report repeated calls without a useful callback when trying to resolve a scheduling, report or billing question after their initial contact.

A screening MRI led to thyroid-cancer care
Rebecca booked a preventive SimonMed MRI while feeling well. A thyroid nodule on the scan led to an ultrasound and biopsy that confirmed cancer; she then had surgery and described returning to her usual activities, with a later follow-up scan bringing reassurance.
