What people praise
Discounts on familiar lab tests
Customers value buying tests from established laboratories at lower self-pay prices, especially when they want to choose their own bloodwork and keep repeat testing affordable.
Easy ordering and lab arrangements
Reviewers describe a straightforward website, accessible requisitions and simple appointment booking, making the transition from online purchase to the actual blood draw feel smooth.
Quick results after a convenient visit
Customers appreciate arranging a nearby lab visit soon after ordering and receiving results promptly, making the service useful for both routine monitoring and time-sensitive paperwork.
What people complain about
Prices do not always feel competitive
Some long-time customers feel the service has become more expensive or find the same test cheaper elsewhere, reducing the value they previously associated with ordering this way.
Disputes can be hard to resolve
Some reviewers describe frustrating exchanges about refunds, promotional promises or incomplete tests, finding support less helpful when the usual smooth ordering process encounters a problem.
