Reviews
What people praise
Seeing how meals affect glucose
Users value connecting meals and everyday activities with their glucose patterns, giving them practical feedback about food choices even when they find parts of the app frustrating.
What people complain about
Sensors can stop early
Stelo users report sensors losing connection, ending early or coming loose before they expect, interrupting the continuous view of glucose they bought the device for.
Getting a replacement can be difficult
Customers describe frustrating conversations with support after a failed sensor, with some replacement requests declined and buyers left feeling they have paid for time they could not use.
Confidence in readings varies
Some Stelo users report readings that differ from their finger-prick checks or seem inconsistent with how they feel, making the information harder for them to trust.
Stories

Seeing how a short workout changes a meal response
This Stelo user tested short bursts of activity after eating and saw smaller glucose rises. The immediate feedback helped turn post-meal exercise into a practical routine, and they reported losing five pounds after a prolonged weight plateau.
