Oral Microbiome Report
- Hereditary cancer assay scope
- 100x-average WGS input, not chip genotyping. No interpreted whole-gene region specification or per-report variant count is published; raw sequence/gene-browser capability does not establish the report.
- Inherited heart assay scope
- 100x-average WGS input, not chip genotyping. No interpreted whole-gene region specification or per-report variant count is published; raw sequence/gene-browser capability does not establish the report.
- Carrier screening assay scope
- 100x-average WGS input, not chip genotyping. No interpreted whole-gene region specification or per-report variant count is published; raw sequence/gene-browser capability does not establish the report.

Getting tested
For a new sequencing purchase, collect cheek swabs at home and return the registered kit. DNA Expand instead uses an existing DNA-file upload.
Preparing for your test
- Before starting
- Follow the supplied instructions. The lab must receive the sample within six months of purchase; late samples can void testing/refund eligibility. No fasting or medication change is established here.
About DNA Complete
DNA Complete offers cheek-swab whole-genome sequencing with research reports and exploration tools. Its kit tiers differ in sequencing depth and membership features; DNA Expand instead interprets an existing DNA file without collecting a new sample.

Reviews
What people complain about
Months without results
Customers repeatedly describe lengthy waits after the laboratory receives their sample, with some still waiting many months later without the results or raw data they expected.
Updates without a clear timeline
Reviewers say support replies can be vague or repetitive, leaving them unsure whether testing is progressing and when they should realistically expect their results.
Refunds can become a dispute
Some customers describe difficulty getting money back after prolonged delays, with accounts of refused refunds or turning to their card provider to resolve the purchase.

Alternatives
23andMe · Premium Ancestry + Health
Combines ancestry matching with selected genetic-health reports, rather than DNA Complete’s sequencing and research-exploration tools.
$208.99Nucleus Genomics · Health + Preview
A whole-genome alternative with named inherited-condition and carrier reports rather than a research-report emphasis.
$538tellmeGen · Advanced DNA Kit
Uses selected variants for ancestry and health reports instead of buying a new DNA Complete genome sequence.
$159.99Sequencing.com · Comprehensive Health
Another whole-genome route with downloadable files, named health reports and a different continuing-access plan.
$599FAQs
Does DNA Expand sequence a new sample?
No. DNA Expand interprets an existing DNA export using statistical imputation. Essential, Pro and Elite are new-sample sequencing purchases.
Does this sequence my DNA again?
This kit advertises whole-genome sequencing at 100x average depth. Coverage varies by region/sample; the result is not a clinical diagnosis.
Can I keep access without renewing?
Access continues through your paid term after cancellation. Reports/stored data can be deleted afterward; download needed files before expiry.
Are clinical screening panels included?
These purchases provide research interpretation, disease-risk associations and gene-exploration tools. A clinical carrier or inherited-condition screen is a different service.
Is genetic counseling included?
A separate optional counselor session is advertised; price and duration are unpublished. Elite offers a discount.
What if my sample fails?
The current policy allows discretionary recollection/replacement or other remedies. A free repeat or automatic refund is not guaranteed. The six-month sample receipt deadline applies.
