M. hominis, U. parvum and U. urealyticum in base sequencing; M. genitalium requires the paid STI panel.
Reports Streptococcus agalactiae; pregnancy-specific GBS screening is a separate clinical test.

- Avoid active menstruation; follow kit intervals around sex, oral antifungals, topical creams, vaginal treatments and antibiotics.
- Instructions
- Provider intervals include 24 hours for sex/oral antifungals/vulvar creams, 48 hours for vaginal treatments, and 7 days for antibiotics. Do not change prescribed treatment without clinician guidance.
