Reviews

What people praise

Seeing everyday glucose patterns

Customers value seeing how their glucose changes through the day, using the feedback to connect food and habits with patterns they could not easily see before.

What people complain about

Sensors do not always last

Some customers describe sensors failing early or giving errors, with replacement requests adding time and frustration before they can get back to tracking consistently.

Subscription changes can be frustrating

Reviewers report difficulty cancelling, pausing or obtaining refunds when the program is not working for them, and some feel the app adds too little for its cost.

Stories

A Signos member

Replacing food guesswork with personal experiments

After an A1c of 6.1, this member tried Signos to make sense of confusing food advice. Their readings helped them test portions, vegetables before carbohydrates and brief post-meal exercise, leaving them more confident about everyday choices.

A Signos member

Using glucose feedback through a sustained change

At 60, this member combined Signos monitoring with substantial dietary changes and lost 42 pounds over five to six months. A year later, they reported largely maintaining that weight change and described the readings as important motivation.

Things to know

  • Your selected plan has a payment commitment.

Canceling renewal does not necessarily cancel the remaining payments in the current term.

  • Dietitian messaging is included in the plan.

Further care through Berry Street is a separate insurance or self-pay service.

  • App data may support research and AI features.

Manage data permissions separately from your subscription; deleting the account does not stop billing.

  • This program uses an adult wellness sensor.

Stelo is not for people using insulin or those needing urgent low-glucose protection.

Alternatives

FAQs

Does the lower monthly rate let me cancel after one month?

The $127 promotional rate requires a six-month commitment and AUTUMN25; regular price is $169/month. Turning off renewal does not automatically cancel remaining payments. An early-cancellation fee may apply.

Does this replace medical glucose alarms?

No. Informational notices can be optional and suppressed at night. Do not rely on them for urgent low-glucose protection.

Is a dietitian consultation included?

Dietitian email and in-app messaging are included. For more complex needs, a 30-minute consultation can be arranged after onboarding, first-sensor use and complete food/activity logging. Further Berry Street care depends on insurance or separate payment.

Can I use my own sensor or buy app access alone?

The new-member CGM plans include Stelo sensors. A separate Sustain option is available only to eligible continuing members and does not include sensors.

Can I download my readings?

Yes. Request a glucose and activity CSV in Settings; an email link requires desktop login. Download while you have access. Export of every proprietary score is not promised.

Does deleting my account stop billing?

No. Cancel your subscription separately at least 24 hours before the term ends. Remaining committed payments may continue, and account-data deletion has separate conditions.

How is my data used?

Signos uses health and app data to provide and improve its service, including research and AI features, with privacy choices and retention exceptions. Connected services keep separate copies.
