Stories
Vandana Verma
Making small food habits feel concrete
During a two-week trial of Ultrahuman’s earlier M1 system, Vandana experimented with meal order and short walks. Seeing her own glucose patterns helped her eat more slowly, snack less and understand how sleep affected the following day.
1000waysbymille.substack.comPietro
Finding manageable changes after a higher A1c
Pietro used Ultrahuman’s earlier CGM program to test food choices, meal order and short walking breaks. Alongside those changes, he reported his A1c falling from 5.9 to 5.7 and described having a clearer view of his daily habits.

Understanding the afternoon energy slump
After four months with an earlier Ultrahuman CGM, this writer changed meal order and lunch composition. They reported better energy after lunch and a clearer understanding of which everyday food habits left them feeling sluggish.

$99FAQs
Do I need an Ultrahuman Ring?
No. M2 works without a Ring. The optional Ring adds sleep/recovery correlations; it does not measure glucose.
Is it the same as buying Lingo alone?
The advertised hardware is Abbott Lingo, with Ultrahuman’s additional app, food scores, trends, Jade and coach access. App features and purchase terms differ.
Does two sensors mean a full month of readings?
Two sensors cover up to 28 days, while the next subscription shipment is every 30 days. Early failures, delivery or setup can create additional gaps.
How do I cancel?
Cancel online to stop future renewal charges. Cancel before the stated fulfillment cutoff to avoid the next shipment; a shipment already started may remain chargeable. Current paid periods generally are not refunded.
Can I return unopened sensors?
No change-of-mind returns, including unopened packs. Report transit problems within 24 hours and suspected faults within 14 days of first use; verified fault and skin-reaction remedies have conditions. Current U.S. M2 terms differ from the general product FAQ; check your order terms.
Can I download my results or get estimated A1c?
Ask Ultrahuman support which download and clinician-sharing options are available for your account.
Is 70–110 mg/dL a diagnostic target?
No. It is Ultrahuman’s wellness band. Sensor patterns and scores do not replace laboratory testing or clinical care.
Can I use HSA/FSA funds?
The site advertises HSA/FSA payment, but its linked hub names an older product. Confirm M2 eligibility through checkout and your plan.
